Open Pilates
Pilates classes are a great place to establish core strength, improve flexibility and build stamina.
We have four open classes every week (during term time) in West Didsbury and Sale.
There is free parking at both venues, mats are provided and all are welcome.
Each session costs £7.50, but you can buy a class pass to get access to the classes at a discounted rate.
Evening Classes
AllPregnancy PilatesAnd just so you know, we will update you on the plans for in-person classes as soon as our West Didsbury and Sale venues re-open for private bookings.
Until then we will schedule Zoom classes on a half-term by half-term basis to ensure there's a class happening near you (even if near you means by a computer!).
